Aj Techlabs sent us a message on Twitter suggesting that we take a look at their game Super Phoenix. After seeing the graphics, our curiosity was piqued. We’re suckers for simple and nice to look at 2D graphics.
In Super Phoenix you have to protect your planet by swiping your finger across incoming asteroids and meteors. To help with your struggle, you have access to some great powerups such as a shield that prevents damage for a certain amount of hits, black holes to suck up the flying projectiles, and a massive phoenix attack that destroys all meteors on the screen.
When I say you need a peaceful mind to play this, it’s due to the fact that sometimes you might swipe your finger across some asteroids, but they don’t get destroyed. Apart from small issues like this, Super Phoenix is an incredibly difficult game that will test your patience. However, when you get to a challenge level, it will all feel worth it because they’re so much fun!
