Competitive multiplayer strategy games come and go. Some leave you with a very fond memory that will keep you coming back for more and more whilst others will emulate the taste of a mouldy, bitter lemon.

Duelyst is an upcoming competitive multiplayer tactical turn-based strategy game (what a mouthful) that has such a unique concept, it may very well strike that particular chord of your heart that can only be reached by a truly beautiful game.

The Gist

In Duelyst you will be placed head to head against another player so it’s up to you to build a formidable squad from over three hundred different units and customise it with spells.

There are six unique factions to choose from and matches last for around six to ten minutes at a time so you can play on the go or sit down for a whole day.

Competitive players can enjoy the ranked and draft season ladders consisting of six divisions to achieve: bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond and elite.
