The Fate/Stay Anime series is simply amazing. Well it started off that way, but as it progressed to the more recent iterations, it started to lose the plot. The fight scenes in the Fate/Stay Anime are incredibly well done. Characters, animations and special attacks are all so beautiful that the story can easily be about nothing in particular and everyone would still love it.
Fighting in Fate Extella Link isn’t as beautiful but it does incorporate a tonne of enemies! This makes it very exciting to dive into. Also being able to preview your favourite characters in a 3D viewer is very entertaining!

4 stars – strays a little away from what Fate/Stay fans know the story to be, but makes up for it with intense and hectic yet satisfying combat
Pluses:
- Familiar faces are completely playable
- Gorgeous visuals
- 3D model viewer lets you closely inspect your favourite characters
- Battling literal hordes of enemies is devilishly delightful
Minuses:
- Story isn’t something you get really invested in
- Missions can be considered to be quite repetitive and lengthy
